Advice always given, for puppies or adult pomeranians please contact your nearest Pomeranian Club for details of any Kennel Club Registered Puppies Available. Or write to the UK Kennel Club who will provide you with a list of Breeders.
From time to time some of our members have puppies these will be shown on the message board.
Please take time to explore cheristar and read all the topics about pomeranians before making your mind up if the pomeranian is the dog for you. Also browse our photo albums and descide which type of pom you like, we have added the breeders names /owners names and web or contact details on every photograph.
Please try to buy from a Kennel Club Registered Breeder in doing so you can be assured of a nice pom , also help stamp out puppy farming, and also avoid the bigger versions of our breed being sold as pomeranians on many internet sites, all pomeranian puppies look cute and are hard to say no to when you see them, but visit as many kennels as you can, ask as many questions as you can, make sure you can see the mother with the puppies, if the father is not there ask to see a photograph, you will have in your minds eye a mental picture of what you want your pomeranian to look like, if you dont like the mum and dad you wont like the pup, despite its cute fluffy appearance as a baby. Temprement to is another thing, check out the mum and dad.Poms should be sweet natured.
Good breeders dont mind you visiting again and again, they too want to make sure that there poms is going to the best home possible, remember a pom can live a long time. Good luck in finding a fluffy companion or show dog.
