Winter Snowflake Over Cheristar
Ted is the only male Pomeranian living at Cheristar. He is not show quality, so therefore we had him neutered to avoid any unwanted pregnancys. We first saw Ted on an internet site looking for a new home as his mum and dad could no longer have him as they were moving house, he looked so much like our first show Pom Benji that we simply just had to have him. It was love at first sight when his mum and dad brought him over to Cheristar. It broke his mums heart to part with him and we can understand why as he is a very special boy. His mum and dad can visit any time and they do, Ted loves when they visit and he will never forget them .
Ted is a tiny little white /cream coloured pomeranian, who weights just 1kg.Thats around 2 n half pounds. He has a light coloured nose, so therefore not suitable for showing,or breeding but to us he is the most handsome boy ever .
Hes a real ladies man and loves to be fussed over. He is a real handfull as he is very hyperactive, he races everywhere he goes as if on a mission, the only thing we would change about him is his barking habits, if it moves he barks! We had to have him neutered as he was up to all sorts when he arrived, this has changed him and he no longer thinks of himself as casanova.
He is our family pet, no matter what show folks think about him, we are proud to own him, he is our pet, everything doesnt revolve around showing. Ted needs to be active and kept stimulated throughout the day or he becomes naughty, he chews things he shouldnt, and also has destroyed walls!! Wallpaper has been ripped ect but despite this we wouldnt part with him, if he chews the wallpaper its our fault for not keeping him stimulated, hes very inbred so perhaps thats the reason he is hyper? Ted has his own mini agilty set to keep him active , he loves it.
Sometimes he is so hard work that you have to just go and be Ted free for an hour or so. Like everything in life not everyone or everything can be perfect, so we accept him as he is, our hyper boy yet lovable boy.
