Elisabeth is a very special friend of all of us at Cheristar Poms. Along with her husband Tony, she only takes in Poms that are ill, unwanted or retired show dogs and gives them a loving home. Elisabeths life is dedicated to her dogs, she holds birthday parties etc for them they are her and Tony's world. Sadly in 2005 Elisabeth lost both Billy and his daughter Mia and in 2006 lost Mia's mum Sally-Anne too leaving them with no Poms. We have just heard from Elisabeth who is in and out of hospital at the moment that as soon as she gets better she will be given a Pomeranian as a gift from one of the top Pom people, what a lucky dog it'll be to get to live with her and Tony! Elisabeth is battling cancer right now and it has been her Poms that have helped her get better and now having her new Pom to think about she has got an insentive to beat this horrible disease once again. We have a message board dedicated to Elisabeth, Tony and all the Pomeranians they have had over the years, you can find it on the forumpart of Cheristar by clicking HERE . Below are some of the Poms that have lived with them, sadly all at rainbow bridge now but forever in Elisabeth and Tonys hearts.
